After backup your Samsung s8.Go to setting and go to about phone option and tab 7 times on build number.

Press back, and you will see developer mode is on go in developer option and turn on OEM unlock option.switch off your cell phone and connect with pc in download mode. Open prince comsy Odin and add given twrp in ap tab and press start.
Make sure to uncheck auto restart in Odin setting.
After twrp flashing done. Press volume up Bixby and power button same time until you see recovery mode. Inside recovery, it asks you to allow modification allow it and go to wipe tab and Formate all data.

After flashing done reboot the device into recovery again and install no variety dm option.zip. 1-go to settings, date and time option and untick automatic time.
2-go to settings, and choose any date from last month because we are trigging our device to show we are seven days old users.
3-Now go to about device option, and 7-time tab build number and developer mode will be on.
4-go to developer option and untick auto-update system.
5-Go to settings and go to software update, untick automatic download update.
6-Tap On download updates manually.it will give you the warning but its ok.
7-now go back to developer option, and you will see OEM option will be visible. make it on, and you are good to go
